Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders range from 1 to 4 weeks, excluding processing time. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or tariffs.
Where is my parcel? Where is my tracking number?
All orders are shipped via standard mail or SingPost Smartpac, which includes tracking within Singapore. Packages sent via SingPost Smartpac will be delivered to your letterbox. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply for bulky or heavy items.
Will I be notified once my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched. If you have chosen SingPost Smartpac or registered mail, a tracking number will be included in the notification.
What if my item is lost in-transit?
We cannot be held responsible for items sent via standard mail that are lost in transit. For more secure delivery, we recommend choosing SingPost Smartpac or registered mail.
